Grass fed beef comes from cows that graze only on fresh forage, that are raised without antibiotics or hormones, and that are never fed any form of corn, bakery by-product or grain. A diet based solely on forage promotes health for the animals and the earth, and produces more healthful food for humankind. Grass fed beef is a high source of protein that is lower in fat. It contains heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids and conjugated linoleic acid, as well as antioxidant vitamins like vitamin E.

Minimal processing means that the product was processed in a manner that does not fundamentally alter the product. The product does not contain any artificial flavor or flavoring, coloring ingredients, chemical preservative, or any other artificial or synthetic ingredient. Minimal processing may include traditional processes used to make food edible or to preserve it or make it safe for human consumption, ie smoking, roasting, freezing, drying and fermenting.
Antibiotics and hormones are never used to artificially speed growth in our animals.
