Ingredients:
1 pkg. Hickory Smokehouse Uncured Ham
roughly chopped
sprouted corn torillas
peaches
red onion
scallion
cilantro
lime
cotija
chipotle powder
Vermont Creamery crème fraiche

FOR THE TACOS:  Roughly chop sliced ham and add a pile to each tortilla. Sprinkle with cotija cheese and chopped cilantro.

FOR THE SALSA: Combine diced peaches, red onion, scallion, cilantro, and the juice of one lime.

FOR THE CHIPOTLE CREMA:  Whip chipotle powder with crème fraiche. Drizzle mixture over each taco, and enjoy!
